Heidi Marnhout, who won the coveted role of Jennifer, Reggie's love interest in Phantasm: Oblivion, never thought she had what it takes to become the next \"scream queen\". But does she ever! Her startling performance, co-starring with the evil Tall Man's deadly chrome spheres, has sci-fi/horror fans buzzing! Ms. Marnhout was born and raised in San Diego, California and has been performing theatrically since the age of six. She majored in theater at the University of Colorado and subsequently graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles. Good genes run in the family as Heidi maintains her Southern California \"good looks\" by vigorously competing, alongside her mother, in arduous Iron Woman Triathalons across the country. She is an avid reader as well as a self-confessed \"movie junkie\" seeing as many as five movies a day! She has recently appeared on stage in several Noel Coward plays and starred in the films \"Vice Girls\" and \"Roadkill\"(directed by Phantasm's Sphere EFX designer, D. Kerry Prior). Asked if she would like to return to the Phantasm film series, she stated playfully, \"if they've got the role, I've got the balls\".
