Marc Blucas's Biography
Marc was born January 11, 1972 in Butler, Pennsylvania, USA He is sometimes credited as Marcus P. Blucas and Marcus Blucas. Marc graduated Girard High School in 1990. Marc played basketball throughout high school and his senior year. Because of his athletic ability, Marc went on full scholarship to Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem North Carolina. After college, he played one year in Europe for the Manchester Giants. His acting break came when the producers of Eddie (1996) needed a baby-faced kid that could play basketball. Filmed one scene for House on Haunted Hill (1999), but it was cut from the theatrical release. The scene is featured on the DVD's deleted scenes section. Named #6 of the Top Ten Sexiest Men of the \"Buffy the Vampire Slayer\" (1997)/ \"Angel\" (1999/I) universe in a fan poll by the Buffy the Vampire Slayer fanzine (2004).
